Multi-color CZ earrings can create a strong collection direction, but production requires precise color mapping and setting control. Truli’s current stone-set products use CZ; they are not natural-stone or gemstone products.
Create a color map
Assign every CZ position a color reference on the drawing. Number repeated positions and show mirrored layouts for left and right earrings where required.
Specify every CZ
Record shape, size, color and quantity. Similar color names can appear different across sizes or cuts, so approve physical samples or controlled references when color is critical.
Choose the setting layout
Define prong, bezel, channel or pavé-style details according to the design. Check spacing, visible metal and the relationship between adjacent CZ colors.
Control metal and construction
Specify sterling silver, brass or stainless steel, overall dimensions, approved weight and assembly. Posts, hinges, hooks and connectors must suit the finished earring.
Approve pair orientation
Confirm whether pairs are identical or mirrored. Compare both earrings for color sequence, CZ count, setting position and overall balance.
Review finish and plating
Record polished, matte, brushed or textured surfaces and the plating color. Inspect areas around settings and joints for cleanliness and consistent finish.
Sample before production
Use marked comments to correct color, size, position or construction. Approve a revised sample when a change materially affects the layout.

Create a controlled product standard
