What is your MOQ?
Existing styles: 30 pcs/style. OEM/ODM: 100 pcs/style. Lower quantities can be flexible.
How long is production?
Samples: 3–15 days. Bulk orders: typically 30–45 days. Rush orders can be as fast as 7–10 days, subject to availability.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Existing styles are normally available in 3–7 days, subject to availability.
OEM / ODM
Do you offer OEM/ODM?
Yes. Send us your drawing, reference image or physical sample.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Engraving, stamping and other branding options are available.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. NDA support is available for custom projects.
MATERIALS & PLATING
What materials do you work with?
925 sterling silver, eco-friendly brass and stainless steel.
What plating options do you offer?
Rhodium, gold, rose gold, black finishes and other options. Plating thickness can be customized.
How long does plating last?
It depends on base metal, plating thickness, wear and storage. Thicker plating or PVD can be provided for higher durability. For more details, please contact us.
What stones do you mainly use?
Our current collections mainly use CZ and gemstones, with pearl options for selected designs. Other materials can be discussed for custom projects.
QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
How do you control quality?
We check dimensions, plating, stone setting, assembly, function and packing before shipment.
Can I arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. Factory inspection, third-party QC, pre-shipment photos and videos are supported.
Can you provide compliance testing?
Yes. Nickel, lead, cadmium and other required tests can be arranged according to your market.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Can you source jewelry packaging for me?
Yes. We can source boxes, pouches, cards, labels and custom logo packaging and coordinate them with your jewelry order.
Can you source loose pearls, gemstones or other materials for me?
Yes. Through our supplier network, we can source pearls, gemstones and other jewelry materials for your project.
Can you take product photos for me?
Yes. We can arrange product photography for catalogs, websites and social media before shipment.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit, balance before shipment.
How do you ship?
Usually DHL, FedEx or UPS. Other freight options can be arranged.
